I don't really care if ActiveX is in vlc.git or npapi-vlc.git given it
does not bring any dependency to either package.

On the one hand axvlc should be in sync with npapi. On the other hand,
AxVLC is always released with VLC currently (contrary to NPAPI). So you
could argue both ways.

*But* I don't see AxVLC being moved AGAIN during the VLC 1.2 freeze, so
for the time being, you should rebase onto npapi.
