You can download the file at
http://people.videolan.org/~xtophe/l10n/gu.po 

You can use poEdit or loKalize to edit it. MAke sure to use UTF-8 as
encoding.

When you made some progress put the file online and send the link to
translators at videolan.org and send me the file.
