[vlc-devel] [PATCH] ActiveX, npapi: 4 patches, adding VS projects/solutions

BTW, my rc files not contain any version numbers (or any other replacement
variables), and so, I didn't plan change it when VLC version will change.
Can say more, my VS support not intended to using to build binary
distribution, but intended only for testing and evolution of project, by
peoples witch don't know anything about MinGW, MSys etc...
If it will, some more windows developers can join project, and it will be
good for project evolution.
Moreover, if windows developers will see possibility of using libvlc with
Visual Studio, it can direct them start some new projects with libvlc...
So, I think, this step will belong more to politic steps.
