I resign, immediately, from VLC 1.1.x maintainership, since I have
no interest anymore on maintaining it.

Therefore, I will not make a 1.1.13 (nobody should, for misluck) or
any later version on the 1.1.x branch, unless someone sponsors me.

If someone wants to step up as a maintainer, please speak now.
