I installed gettext library to vlc/contrib/x86_64-apple-darwin10 using
Makefile made by contrib/bootstrap, and the gettext version is the
same in configure.ac.

I think autotools, called by vlc's bootstrap, search the m4 macro
under vlc/m4 directory first. So, gettext.m4 under the vlc/m4 have to
keep a new one.
