[vlc-devel] 404 errors

Hi
FYI. You/MS have an issue with the wiki pages & IE8. (I know, I can hear
some cry "MS - Issue with IE8, say it aint so...")
But IE8 is returning 403.html "http://wiki.videolan.org/403.html" across
all wiki.videolan pages. IE8 Windowz XP.
Laughable as my little Galaxy Smartphone has no problem from the same
ISP connection. So, I guess it's not a blacklist issue here.
Tested in IE8 compatibility mode as well. Still no cigar.
Nowhere much to look it up/talk about it either as.... You guessed it,
can't access areas to do so. :) Isn't modern progress subjective? (Thanx
MS)

It's actually a (correct) 403 error, but the error page is 404:
Forbidden You don't have permission to access /ucp.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use
an 
ErrorDocument to handle the request.
