You are using a MPD for non-segmented DASH, which is currently not
implemented in the DASH plugin on this list. (We offer them for
research purposes).

Please use this Version with seperate segments:
http://www-itec.uni-klu.ac.at/ftp/datasets/mmsys12/BigBuckBunny/bunny_1s/BigBuckBunny_1s_DASH_VLC_Compatible_without_BaseURL.mpd
