[vlc-devel] [PATCH] I420->RGB neon converter

Hi everyone, here is my I420->RGB neon converter patch for the main branch.

>From my tests on my phone, it's more or less 10 times faster than when using
swscale, so huge performance boost.

There's also a C version of the converter, it's commented since it's useless
compared to the neon version, but i'd like to keep it around, as a
reference.
