[vlc-devel] how to give marquee name to vlc activex control/plugin1..........?

hello frnds,
After spending lots of time searching on net, i doesnt suceed ,to find how to put the marquee name on vlc activex control,
I can get only default date or 'VLC' {default},but i cant give marquee name on runtime to vlc activex control.

I tried all this ,but none worked for me 
:sfilter=marq:day
marq-marquee="Garden"
:marq-marquee="Garden"
--marq-marquee="Garden"
--sub-filter "marq at test{marquee=Hello}" -I rc
:sfilter=marq:date  -----------returns normal system date

i even read below article which are near to it,,but they also doesnt suceed.

can any1 give me simple solution for it .?  I want to give marqueee name to the vlc activex control/plugin (C#).?
