[vlc-devel] [Patch] add json view for browse.xml

Doh! -resend with patch.

refactor browse model to httprequests.lua browse.xml
displays data from the model (in same format as before)
browse.json provides alternative view of the same data

with the playlist patch, this completes the move to a central model in
httprequests.lua, and json/xml views for the main views (browse, playlist,
status).
