Rationale for this path: VDR cutmarks are used as editing marks. Part of
the recording is marked to be cut and other part is untouched so it's
not only for chapter

When using VDR you can us marks to quickly jump to next mark or
configure VDR to jump over sections which are marked to be removed after
cut. It is also possible to create cutmark with noad while VDR is
recording and when recording ends they are created.

Actual cut is voluntary, but after cut operation there is e.g. following
marks-file for cut recording:

0:00:00.01
0:17:43.18
0:17:44.05
0:38:11.14
0:38:12.01
1:00:06.07
1:00:06.19
1:19:31.18
1:19:32.05

=> VDR makes annoying marks with are between two I-frames => VDR's fault
but it would be nice feature to hide

J-B adviced to use autodetection instead of option. New patch attached.
Your idea was great.
