[vlc-devel] Bug(?) in Wiki Documentation list on Developers' page?

Bug(?) in Wiki Documentation list on:
http://www.videolan.org/developers/vlc.html

The table entry for "Win32 Compile HOWTO" has a link to:
http://trac.videolan.org/vlc/browser/INSTALL.win32?format=raw

which doesn't seem to exist.  Using the "Win32 Cygwin" link as a pattern,  I
tried:
http://wiki.videolan.org/Win32Compile

which comes up and appears fairly recently modified...maybe that's what the
link should point to?
