[vlc-devel] [Patch 2/10] luaHttp - playlist.xml gets data from central httprequests model

httprequests.lua was updated in the past to provide the data for the
playlist.
this implements the change in playlist.xml so that it draws data from the
central point (although it still does some custom rendering to maintain
backward compatibility)
