[vlc-devel] [Patch 9/10] luaHttp - update in_enqueue and in_play

as discussed at length yesterday
in_enqueue and in_play now take a uri or a path
(the readme requests an MRL)
the interface makes a simplistic assessment of whether the mrl is a path,  
and if so, coverts it to a uri
