I prepare Win32 build environment, build a ts plugin.

On Win32 build,
Local Disc(SATA2 HDD) : don't stop
NAS(gigabit lan) : stop but sometimes
DLNA: no stop

On Mac OSX Lion build,
Local Disk (SATA2 SSD): don't stop
NAS(WiFi 11n/a): stop so often
DLNA: no stop

Maybe my AirMac's power is poor :-)
