[vlc-devel] [PATCH] zh_TW translation update for vlc.desktop.in

Hi,

Here is a translation patch for zh_TW locale.

This patch will replace the zh_TW.po with one newly created by me and
update messages in "share/vlc.desktop.in".

Currently I finished about 60%(3601/5855) of messages. Most of
messages in Qt4 and ncurses interface were translated.

Please consider applying this patch due to the original po file is out-of-dated.

I will keep working on it. Thank you.
