My earlier patch hadn't contemplated emptying/loading of playlists/media
from the http interface. My previous change effectively broke
auto-displaying playlist/media after an empty or load action.


Changes within current patch:

 - New validation/safety: if local playlist content doesn't contain active
title, force refresh from server.

 - Empty and load media/playlist actions now force a playlist refresh from
the server.


So, we should now be back to same functional state before my previous patch.
Sorry about that.
