I was about to compile our CCNx plugin for VLC for a Samsung Galaxy S2 and went to install VLC on the device -- but the Google Play store says "this item isn't available in your country."   Is this Google's choice or VideoLan's choice?    Do you have the VLC APK available outside of the Google Play store?
 
I'd rather not have to compile for Android from scratch!
