[vlc-devel] libavcodec_plugin.dll update

I have one video file, when I play it using VLC-2.0.3,  there is no problem. But if I play it using VLC-1.1.5, I can't see the playing picture every 10 seconds.   I think it's the problem of libavcodec_plugin.dll.  How and where can I update the file?
