Yes, VLC 1.1.11 for windows has the same problem.
I compile vlc 1.1.11 under Linux.  The ffmpeg version is :ffmpeg version 0.10.4 Copyright (c) 2000-2012 the FFmpeg developers.
So I think if we can  upgrade libavcodec to version 0.10.4.  The playing flaw  will be removed.  But I don't know how to do this.  Please tell me how to do this.  Thanks
