[vlc-devel] [PATCH] Remove constructor

Hello!

One of the two SeekSlider constructors is a) never used and b) does not 
initialize anything at all (see 
http://www.parashift.com/c++-faq-lite/ctors.html#faq-10.3 for more 
information). Patch attached.
