[vlc-devel] [PATCH]NSIS Allow opening of over 15 files via Windows Explorer

This patch adds a registry entry to NSIS installer script that allow users
to open more than 15 files at the same time via Windows Explorer (in case
they use file associations that NSIS installer provides).Because of the
build issues I am having, I couldn't test the patch so maybe someone could
test it out?
