I updated my patch to support reading from file with extra headers (and
not only raw mxpeg frames).

But there is a little regression. Now we cannot use the mjpeg demuxer
with mobotix camera unless explicitly requested (--demux=mjpeg)
This can be usefull to record raw mxpeg files with std sout.

I think it would be nice to write our own mxpeg demux (maybe inside
mjpeg demux). Then we would be able to read streams from mobotix camera
directly.
