[vlc-devel] Update for AUTHORS list is needed

Hello at all,

please update for the next release, for 2.0 its to late I think, the 
AUTHORS list file.

This file is very old. The current translators for german aren't actual, 
for example.

The Thanks file could be updated too, I think.
