ok i have upgraded my stuff
thank to mirsal and j-b on irc i got the solution (irc channel )
i am posting just for the maillist that could be usefull for someone else
with vlc 2.x
qdbus org.mpris.MediaPlayer2.vlc /org/mpris/MediaPlayer2
org.mpris.MediaPlayer2.TrackList.AddTrack "file://PATHFILE" / false
