I don't really understand the rationale behind this patch, but it is acceptable to me. The wiki is quite verbose on what to do to get a redistributable binary package. However, I don't want to argue about that.

However, please also update the other scripts which expect the relocatable VLC.app to be called VLC-release.app until. Coming to mind: ub.sh, package.mak
