[vlc-devel] Updated installer

Hey guys,
i've made a patch to the NSIS installer fixing a bug where files were
deleted although the installer did not create them.

Would be great if someone could review it and merge it into the repo.

Short description what the patch does: It moves files existing
pre-installation into another directory, installs the new files and
indexes them into the uninstall log and moves the pre-existing files back.
