Hello!

The qt-interface strings look somewhat odd to me:
To the tooltip on preferences there is appended a "Preferences". Giving ie VideoPreferences.
The patch adds ": " in the middle => Video: Preferences

I am not sure, if this will work in any language but I guess it will look better in most.

However, for all of this composed strings there already exists a good tooltip: The title of the corresponding submenu item.
This is true for advanced preferences, too.

Additionally I changed Input && Codecs to a single &. But this will result in fuzzy translations, so I won't recommend it for the current release.
