[vlc-devel] how to fix time positioning in TS video

I transcode one h.264 video to TS mpeg2 video using VLC-1.1.11.  When I play the TS video , the length of the video showed in right  lower counter is 00:00 and as playing is progressing, the current time showed besides the total length is always 00:00.   Is it the problem of libdvbpsi?  Who ever met the problem and give some hints how to fix it kindly?
