[vlc-devel] how to fix time positioning in TS video

I install vlc 1.2.0-pre4.  It plays TS video with correct time control and supports partial transcoding from TS to MP4.  
By the way, if I want to use vlc activex in my project, what version should I use?  vlc 1.2.0-pre4, or vlc 1.3.0-git , or waiting for the official release of vlc 1.2 to publish?
