[vlc-devel] partially cut mp4(H264+AAC) video problem

When I use command line to cut mp4(H264+AAC) video, I get different results using different vlc.
The command line is:

vlc -vvv hz.mp4 --start-time=10 --stop-time=25 --sout=#:std{access=file,mux=mp4,dst=hzcut.mp4}
1、use vlc-1.l.11 

When playing hzcut.mp4, its total length is shown as 21s.  When played at 21s, it's stopped.
2、use vlc-1.2.0-rc1
When playing hzcut.mp4, its total length is shown as 27s.  When played at 21s, it's stopped as 21s-17s is played over in less 1 second.
