Rather than unilaterally 'patching' the "config.armlinux" file that we have kindly provided you (and which works just fine for the purpose for which it was originally intended: generic Linux (not specifically 'Android') on ARM platforms), why not instead create a different config file - perhaps named "config.arm-android" or "config.android-arm" - that does what you want?

If you do this, I'll gladly add this new config file to future versions of the LIVE555 software release.
