[vlc-devel] using libvlc as a section filter

Hello all,
my application (write in C++ on Linux) needs to get specifics dvb SI tables
(sections), theres some way to do this using the libVLC ?

My first approach is to register some callback in some libVLC API function
asking it to deliver a buffer with the section contents in the occurrence
of a specific transport stream section with a specific Program ID (PID) and
a specific Table ID (TID), of course, if this is possible...

Any tips to do this using libVLC ?
