Hello,

I will start to maintain 2.0 branch soon.

Here are a few guidelines:
 - commiting in 2.0 before vlc.git is not OK;
 - numbering and other packaging that do not make sense in vlc.git
   are exempted from the previous rule;

 - commits should be cherry-picked and signed;
 - if you want a fix to be backported, you can add "please BP" in the
   commit message or on vlc-devel;

 - small fixes will be backported, as the maintainer see fit;
 - more important fixes and improvements on modules new in 2.0 but in a
   bad shape will be backported too;

 - backporting features must be discussed beforehand;
 - new modules of 0 priority are easier to backport and will be
   considered for backporting.

Thoughts?
