Hello,

Against what I was saying, VLC 2.0.2 actually passes Windows 8 WACK and
it was submitted on the microsoft website.

We did "PASS WITH WARNINGS":
 - no signing binaries,
 - no SafeSEHCheck on binaries, as expected (just a warning?! Cool!),
 - fails "Do not write to the 'Users' folder" test.
