Disabling that particular option makes no sense in practice as there can
be no collision over the unique name unless the dbus module is started
multiple times within the same instance (which can't happen currently).

The method handler was silently ignoring a parameter, I believe it
should be fixed sooner rather than later as the current behavior is
misleading and very limiting.

Moreover, the only problematic case here would be code explicitly asking
to insert an item in the middle of the track list while expecting it to
be appended instead.
