Is RTSP/RTP stream the same as MMS stream? I am using VLC to stream MMS stream to WMS.

Thanks!

There seems to be a 'regression' in VLC v2.0.1: It is no longer able to play RTSP/RTP streams that contain MPEG-4 video.

To reproduce:
- Download and run the "LIVE555 Media Server" binary - available from: http://www.live555.com/mediaServer/#downloading
- In the same directory from which you run the "LIVE555 Media Server" application, download the file "para.m4e", available at
http://www.live555.com/liveMedia/public/m4e/para.m4e
- In VLC, open the "rtsp://" URL shown by the "LIVE555 Media Server" application, replacing "<filename>" with "para.m4e".

(Note, BTW, that QuickTime Player can play this stream OK (as could some older versions of VLC).)
