[vlc-devel] [PATCH] Audioscrobbler: Do not encode metadata submitted by POST requests in URI component.

Because the new API of audioscrobbler doesn't accept data submitted by POST
requests which are encoded in URI components.
However, I also tested with the current api (ie. 1.2) and this encodage is
useless.
