[vlc-devel] [PATCH]Qt4: Tell users that delete key can be used to delete hotkeys

With VLC 1.1.x the hotkeys section in Qt4 preferences has a Clear button
for clearing the hotkey binding. With VLC 2.x.y there isn't a Clear button,
but delete key can do that. So this patch changes a string and this way
informs the user about the possibility.
