I'm not VLC expert, so maybe you can give me some hint.
In current version setting start-time doesn't cause stream seeking at all.
I checked with my patch and it only choose proper segment, but no seek
occurs (if segment doesnt change, playback start from the same place)
I don't know why. If there is something that should be added to
httplive module to make seeking work please give me a clue.
