Actually I used to use this option when fMP4 was not yet working. I
had to use avformat demux then, and seek had to be disabled otherwise
it didn't work. But now this option is useless.

Yes there is something wrong there...

But what annoys me at the moment, is the gap between audio and video,
in live. I'm gonna investigate that first. Sounds like a stupid bug
because the gap is about 2s (segment duration).
