[vlc-devel] contrib patches

Hello,

here are 3 more patches for the contribs and its friends:

0001 adds the gas-preprocessor makro needed to compile ASM code for iOS to extras/tools (especially wrt ffmpeg/libav)
0002 removes an outdated variant of the same makro from extras/package/ios, where it shouldn't reside
0003 adds iOS support to contrib/ffmpeg

At present, the iOS build script can't compile working contribs. I'll come up with a more clever approach in the next couple of days.
