[vlc-devel] [PATCH] HttpLive stream_filter: alternative version of ChooseSegment function

It was a lot of traffic on ML lately so I decided to send proposition
of patch once more.
I've suggested to remove ChooseSegment function because its not
required and playing from the end of playlist of livestream isn't
necessarily the best option.
I'm attaching updated patch file.
