http://trac.videolan.org/vlc/ticket/5377 you can steal that one from JB.
AFAIK there are these issues:
1. Applying changes crashes VLC in certain setups
2. Select All/None by clicking the Video or Audio parts doesn't work
3. Changes are applied to wrong registry section

if you fix something, I can test those fixes.

I am also planning to do one Windows Explorer related addition later (once
I can buy cheap USB 3.0 drive for virtual machine images), so it would be
nice to make NSIS part and association dialog codebase somewhat similar in
registry syntax.
