[vlc-devel] vlc translation

hello there,   i am a vlc media user. i have an indian movie on my hard drive that refuse to translate to english language each time i play it on my laptop but it is translated in english on my friend's laptop. i want to know where the problem is coming from or if there is any recommendations you might have. thanks very much.
