[vlc-devel] [PATCH] add ARM/NEON conversions for audio_filter/channel_mixer/simple

Here is a rework of the patch :

- dedicated module in arm_neon
- asm code moved to an S file
- ifs are now done only once in Open
- c code simplified using macros, to avoid duplicated code
