I can't see any changes between VLC 2.0.3 and 2.0.4 in muxers or output
code. Make sure you did not change something else, like the device driver
or some underlying library. If you are sure that it is a VLC 2.0.3..2.0.4
regression, then I cannot suggest anything other than bisection.
