[vlc-devel] [OSX] libxml 2.9.0 threads error

Hi,

I'm trying to compile the contrib tree with libxml2 version 2.9 in OS X. I get the following output

cc1: warning: -Wuninitialized is not supported without -O
threads.c: In function 'xmlCleanupThreads':
threads.c:918: error: expected expression before '{' token
make[3]: *** [threads.lo] Error 1
make[2]: *** [install-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: *** [install] Error 2
make: *** [.libxml2] Error 2

I review this link http://stackoverflow.com/questions/12484664/what-am-i-doing-wrong-when-installing-lxml-on-mac-os-x-10-8-1 And it fail in OS X 10.8.1. xmlsoft solved this problem according to: 
http://git.gnome.org/browse/libxml2/commit/?id=3f6cfbd1d38d0634a2ddcb9a0a13e1b5a2195a5e but Its doesn't reflect in the 2.9 version.

I suggest to you, roll back to 2.8 version until the 2.9.1 is released.
