Hi Remi,

This patch is based in the following commit in libxml2
http://git.gnome.org/browse/libxml2/diff/threads.c?id=3f6cfbd1d38d0634a2ddcb9a0a13e1b5a2195a5e

It´s works for me in OSX 10.6 and OSX 10.8. Do you know if this patch only apply in OSX or Windows too?
