[vlc-devel] Basque translations

Hi,

>From now, everyone is forbidden to commit ANY basque translation to one
of the VideoLAN project, without approval, until further notice.

Committing those translations will remove git access.


We now will have to be in touch with Euskaltzaindia, to clarify the
situation.

I am quite sick of this mess.
